EQUIPMENT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We specialize in custom machine/equipment design,
development and fabrication to meet the industry’s needs where
standard equipment does not meet the specifications. The custom
machinery may be high speed and fully automated for high volume
production lines or manually operated, low production units for
new product evaluation or prototyping. We have designed
and developed equipment for various industries such as food,
fibers, paper and foam, automotive, steel fabricators, material
recycling and/or product sampling for quality control.
PROCESS DESIGN
Our
process design experiences extend from chemical industries to
food process and handling, piping and pumping systems to plant
layout, material flow and process safety. In addition, we
specialize in abatement and scrubber systems to meet all codes
and standards. Our process experiences also include
pneumatic product conveying, steam heating systems, chill water
cooling systems and process filtering systems.
PRESSURE VESSEL DESIGN
Our pressure vessel
designs meet or exceed the most rigorous industry standards.
Portable or fixed pressure vessels designed and manufactured to
ASME specifications are used in sanitary, industrial and
chemical plants. The pressure vessels may be designed for
stainless steel or other modern alloys or be jacketed for
heating or cooling.
PIPING SYSTEM DESIGN
We have experience
in many types of piping systems conveying both gases and
liquids. Our trained staff uses state of the art analysis
software to evaluate pipe stress, strain, and thermal expansion.
Our staff is knowledgeable in the application of local, state,
and federal codes regarding the design of plumbing/piping
systems supporting institutional and commercial facilities
