One project involved the fabrication of bulkhead assemblies, pipe galleries, and the interior skeleton for ocean going fuel tankers. The other project involved the construction of custom replacement tube bundles for large superheaters.

Remote and on-site electrical engineering design and support was provided for the installation of a 5 MW Generator for the U.S. Steel Plant in Birmingham, Alabama. The generator produced electrical power rated at 13.2 KV. It was driven by 900 lb. steam produced by the plant steam generation facility. The generator was installed in an existing generation plant and tied into the plant electrical distribution loop. Our work included wiring and terminations for the generator to the sub-station on the power side, as well as wiring and terminations on the control side. Value engineering during the design review process produced a project with minimum cost that maximized constructability in the field.

March Adams worked with a local manufacturing facility to redesign an old printing machine. Old custom made components were updated with readily available parts. A new support structure was designed to allow increased production speeds. The entire assembly was fabricated, assembled and tested prior to delivery.
